Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the festive items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original holiday packaging, ensuring all ornaments, lights, or textiles are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
